Iris Gilbert serves as the Secretary of the VHMA.  Iris has been working in the affordable housing field for 19 years.  She has worked as an Occupancy Specialist, a Property Manager, a Compliance Manager, a Deputy Director of Property Management and she currently works at the Vermont State Housing Authority as a Property and Compliance Manager.  She holds the industry designations of Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist and USDA Rural Development S.T.A.R.  Iris spends her free time volunteering for various community organizations, in addition to working toward fulfilling her goal of hiking the 48 New Hampshire 4,000 foot mountains with her husband and her beagle.

Colleen Lee is the Occupancy and Compliance Manager at Cathedral Square, a non-profit organization created in 1977 to develop and operate communities for seniors and individuals with special needs.  Colleen joined Cathedral Square in 2011.

With Cathedral Square, Colleen has attained COS, TC, and S.T.A.R. certifications.  She is also a certified Fair Housing Specialist.

Colleen is passionate about serving others.  She is proud to be part of a company with a mission to provide seniors and individuals with special needs, healthy affordable housing, along with quality of life and the ability to age at home with services.

Colleen became a member of the VHMA Board in 2012, where she was appointed Treasurer.  She was awarded with the VHMA Volunteer of the Year award in 2013.
